Billing Information 

Dr. Smythe is an out-of-network provider. She does not participate in Medicare, but  she is an Ordering and Referring Physician with Medicare so most lab fees should be covered if allowable with Medicare.  

We provide the appropriate paperwork for people to file insurance. We encourage people to call their insurance plans for reimbursement information.
